Eligibility for Returns

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos as evidence of the issue.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, and documents must be included.
• The product must not have been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Change-of-mind purchases where there is no issue with quality or specifications.
• Minor variations in color, design, or packaging that do not affect product performance.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a product defect, quality issue, wrong item delivery, or failure to meet agreed specifications, Usman Brothers will cover the return shipping costs.
• In other eligible cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Our Commitment

If the product quality differs from what was promised or agreed upon, or if the product received does not match the ordered specifications, the customer will be entitled to a return, replacement, or refund after verification by Usman Brothers.
